We have upgraded our software management system, all appointments do require a 50% deposit at time of booking. We do not keep any credit card details on file. The deposit can be redeemed at time of service, or can be rolled over on your file for the next appointment which ever is more convenient.

Please note if booking with a Gift Voucher we can accommodate the booking without a deposit as long as the gift voucher number is provided.

Our cancellation policy remains the same, any appointments cancelled before 24 hrs will not incur any charges. After 24 hrs forfeiture of your deposit/gift voucher will apply. We do understand life does happen so we can be lenient with discretion.
