APPOINTMENTS

Bookings  are essential for all treatments.  To fully enjoy your Ella Bache experience,  please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment- plenty of time to relax and meet with your Therapist. Please note that all treatments over 1 hour require a 50% redeemable  deposit to secure your booking.

CANCELLATIONS

We appreciate  24 hours  notice  if you need to cancel  or postpone your treatment.  The 50% deposit  fee for treatment  bookings  over 1 hour long will forfeit if less than 24 hours notice is given. If you do not arrive for your booking  without  notice,  you  will  be  charged  50%  off  the  price  of  the scheduled  treatment  and any gift vouchers will be voided.
