APPOINTMENTS

Bookings are recommened for all treatments, although walk-ins are always welcome. To fully enjoy your Ella Bache experience,  please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment- giving yourself plenty of time to relax and meet with your Therapist.

Please note that all treatments require a 50% redeemable deposit to secure your booking.

CANCELLATIONS

We appreciate  24 hours  notice  if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment.  The 50% deposit  fee for treatment bookings will be forfeited, if less than 24 hours notice is given, we do understand that ‘life happens’ and in some circumstances it can not be avoided. If you do not arrive for your booking  without  any notice,  you  will  be  charged  50%  of the  price of  the scheduled  treatment; and any gift vouchers nominated for that treatment will be voided.
